You own the invoices, client data, and other content you put into SS Invoice. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so we can provide the service to you.

Welcome to SS Invoice. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Accounts
You need an account to use most of SS Invoice. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don't use SS Invoice to break the law, harass others, send spam, attempt to disrupt the service, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Plans and payments
The Free plan lets you create up to 3 invoices per month. Pro unlocks unlimited invoices and premium features for a monthly fee. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
No warranty
SS Invoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Simplified is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
