This Privacy Policy explains how SS Invoice (operated by SaaS Simplified) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our invoicing tool.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to make the product work:

Account info you give us: name, email, password hash, and optional business details.
Invoice and client data you create inside the tool.
Basic usage data (pages visited, errors) so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
If you upgrade to Pro, payment metadata from our processor (we never see your card or mobile-money credentials).

How we use your information

We use the data you provide to:

Run the service — create, store, and render your invoices.
Answer your questions when you contact support.
Fix bugs, improve features, and ship new ones.
Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), and only what they need. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we'll remove your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email us if you need help exercising these rights.
